1. Agreement

The contracting party for this site is 17573561 Canada Ltd., a Canadian corporation with its registered office at 1 Rideau Street, 7th Floor, Ottawa ON K1N 8S7. Separate commercial terms apply to accepted purchase orders or supply agreements.
2. Quote-based sales
All product supply is subject to written quotation and acceptance. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell. Specifications, pricing, lead times, and minimum quantities are confirmed per inquiry.
3. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle data, part numbers, and quantities you provide. Fitment and regulatory compliance remain subject to verification by our desk and, where applicable, your technical sign-off.
4. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, and content on this site are owned by 17573561 Canada Ltd., OMNIKA PARTS, or their licensors. No rights are granted except the limited license to access the site for legitimate business inquiries.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 17573561 Canada Ltd. and OMNIKA PARTS are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on preliminary information. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer or commercial law.
6. Governing law & disputes
Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws designated in your supply agreement or, in the absence of such agreement, by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, shall have non-exclusive venue, subject to non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.
